Cerberus by Erin Wilson - BA (Hons) Animation Uclan Graduate Film 2022

Cerberus is a story about a man named Ollie, who decided to adopt a new best friend. He found a little black dog and named them Charcoal. The two quickly became inseparable, despite Charcoal’s strange quirks. Ollie soon came to realise that Charcoal was no ordinary dog, after they gained a second head overnight. And when the third head appeared, Ollie knew he had to protect his friend as they protected him. After owning Charcoal for a year, the prince of Hell, Lucifer, turned up at Ollie’s door to fix the mix-up and bring the new Cerberus to where they belonged. It was a bittersweet separation, but Ollie received visiting rights and the two remain best friends.

Cerberus is a story about friendship, separation, and change - both positive and negative.

Animated TV Series Pitch

My TV Series is named Modernia, and follows the story of Ava, a bubbly and cheerful centaur who has just moved to the big city from the countryside in hopes of finding her purpose, and Morgan, a sarcastic and satirical satyr who has moved away from a different city due to conflict with old friends. The two become unwilling roommates, but slowly help the other with issues and problems they may have, and develop a close relationship as if they are the yin to the other’s yang.
