Tooth Fairy's Bad Day

In the eyes of children, she is a magical visitor who makes their day. In the eyes of other fairies, she is a psychotic maniac stealing the teeth of little girls and little boys. ‘Tooth Fairy’s Bad Day’ follows the hilarious misunderstanding, as other fairies fail to grasp that the kids actually like that she takes their teeth. One night, a fairy guard stops the Tooth Fairy, threatening to arrest her for the crime of stealing teeth. Can the Tooth Fairy escape in time or will the children wake up disappointed as their teeth remain firmly under their pillow.

Although a light-hearted concept aimed at children, ‘Tooth Fairy’s Bad Day’ presents an important narrative about the consequences of fake news and misinformation. My goal was to help young viewers understand that sometimes you can’t take everything at face value. An evil tooth stealing fairy is sometimes just a Tooth Fairy.
