Apparition is a short film about a woman named Elen who goes to a near train station to take her own life, when a strange Apparition appears in promise to end her suffering, one that resembles her own shadow. The story focuses on the struggle Elen has over her own emotions, being held down by herself in the form of this Apparition and needing to decide whether to listen to it or not. The goal of this film was to explore creating an animation in a style closer to my own, to tell a story without the use of dialogue, and to create a more emotional animation.
