In Blood and In Sacrifice follows Cerise, a young vampire hunter in training. From an early age, she has been rigorously trained to hunt and kill vampires, driven by her father’s ambition to see her follow in his footsteps. Her father, one of the most renowned hunters of his time, hopes to pass on his reputation and legacy through her.

After years of intense training, he sends Cerise out on her first solo mission. However, despite her preparation, she is still only ten years old and not yet ready for the level of responsibility and danger she is expected to face.
