For my final project, I wanted to create a model that could be used for a stop – motion set. The model is based around a house which stands solitary on a wasteland after a war broke out between humans and cyborgs, causing humans to almost go extinct, however, some still slip through the fingers of the cyborgs, including the human who lives in the building. 

 It took me around 3 months to fully assemble my set, balancing life, jobs and university. I made, bought and upcycled anything I could find. I wanted my building to be vibrant and stand out against the bleak wasteland, which is why I chose orange for the main colour, I also wanted the colour to represent hope in the ongoing war. I really enjoyed the process of making my set and looking at it afterwards feels rewarding, especially when its properly lit up.
